When will my order ship?
Everything is printed to order. Apparel and posters usually leave the printer in 2–5 business days; canvas and calendars 3–7. US delivery is typically 3–8 days after that.
Do you sell team merchandise?
No. Our football pieces are about rural game day and the towns people call home. You will not find team names, logos or league marks on anything we make.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Personalized and made-to-order items are replaced free if they arrive damaged or defective — send a photo. Because they are made for you, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns after the proof is approved.
What do you do with my photo?
It is used only to make your piece, stored privately, and deleted 90 days after delivery (30 days when a child appears). Proofs are watermarked; print masters are never sent.
Is the artwork AI-generated?
Some original artwork is created with the help of digital and AI-assisted tools and finished by us. Personalized portraits of people are processed only on our own equipment.
