Refund policy

Everything The Sunday Acre sells is printed to order, so we do not accept returns for a change of mind, a wrong size, or a color that looks different on your screen. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: email hello@thesundayacre.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will replace the item at no charge or refund it in full. You do not need to ship anything back.

Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after the ship date, contact us and we will reship.

Personalized items (portraits, calendars, ornaments): you approve a watermarked proof before anything is made. After proof approval these items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. Before proof approval you may cancel for a full refund.

Cancellations: contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full. After that the order is already in production.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
