Terms of service

These terms govern every purchase from The Sunday Acre at thesundayacre.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions: hello@thesundayacre.com.

Products. Every item is made to order in the United States by our print partners. Colors may differ slightly from your screen and garment sizing follows the size chart on each product page. Personalized items are produced only after you approve a watermarked proof.

Orders and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Shopify Payments. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil, and we may refuse orders that appear fraudulent.

Shipping, returns, and refunds are covered in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Your content. When you upload a photo for a personalized item you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, that anyone shown has consented (a parent or guardian consents for anyone under 18), and you grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely to make your order. We do not sell, share, or reuse your photos, and we delete them after the retention period in our Privacy Policy.

Our artwork. All designs are original works of The Sunday Acre and are protected by copyright. Buying a product does not transfer any rights in the artwork. Our city football designs are independent artwork and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any team, league, or school.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes and governing law. We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
